Katrina Frank made our whole trip exquisitely easy. She booked everything for us, and made sure we got any upgrades that were available. To our delight we could not believe our eyes when we checked into our room expecting a 1 bedroom with a pullout couch but instead we got a full 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite, complete with 2 huge balconies! Katrina made that happen! In addition, we were greeted in the room with a large basket of fruits, cheese, snacks, and drinks. All because of Katrina. And not to mention all the discounts we received at the hotel, Including a 70$ breakfast voucher every morning of our stay. Katrina’s help definitely brought the magic to our weekend getaway. We are so grateful for her help!
